Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or tampered products due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.
Reasons for Return
You may request a return or exchange for the following reasons:
You received the wrong item.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The item was missing from your order.
You changed your mind and the product is unopened and unused. (15% restocking fee)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email photos of the issue to aquaviveorganics@gmail.com
within 7 days of delivery. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund once verified.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used skincare products
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards
